>> What kind of packaging does the product come in?
Our standard packaging ranges from 160 g to 30 kg. The 160 g containers are for personal use, while the 700 g, 3 kg and 5 kg containers are for professional use (Beauty Salons and Spas) and the 30 kg containers are for cosmetics companies and laboratories.
Another advantage is that they can either be labelled with the Gaiamare 700 name or with the customer’s own label, or even supplied without a label.
There is no problem at all adding water to Gaiamare mud so long as it is mineral or spa water. Gaiamare supplies the product in a standard texture, but if you would prefer the mud to be a little more liquid you can just add mineral water and stir until you get the desired consistency. Also, if the product has been stored for a long time and you find a layer of water has formed on the surface, just stir it back in until it has been absorbed by the mud. This is a result of the decantation of mud minerals.
>> What is the difference between Fossil Muds 33101, 33102, 33103 and 33105?
The differences are as follows: 33101, 33102 and 33103 all have the same ingredients (Pure Fossil Mud, Grey Clay and Water); what varies is the proportion of grey clay. By varying the proportions we can vary the saline concentration (enabling it to be used on sensitive skins). Also, by varying the proportions we can alter the osmotic pressure, reaching certain tissues within a specific time. For example, the 33103 is designed to reach deep lymphatic vessels in 20 minutes and not in 35 minutes like the 33102. Meanwhile, Fossil Mud 33105 differs from the others (33101, 33102 and 33103) in that it contains red clay, increasing local body temperature by 3-4 degrees while giving a feeling of freshness. Amongst other uses, it is recommended for treatments where the application of local heat is beneficial.
>> Do you supply pure mud without additives?
Of course; Gaiamare offers two options: Pure Fossil Mud for manufacturers and laboratories which produce their own product based on Gaiamare mud and/or premixes. The high saline concentration of Pure Fossil Mud makes it very active and it is not recommended for sensitive skins. For this reason it is advisable to mix it first with some kind of clay.
The second option is the Premixes. Gaiamare offers a range of premixes (Pure Fossil Mud with different types of clays, essential oils, seaweed extracts, etc.). These are recommended for anyone interested in achieving a more specifically-orientated product.
>> ¿What does Gaiamare Mud À La Carte mean?
Our Gaiamare Mud À La Carte offers our clients the option of creating their own product. We can study the viability of combining Gaiamare Mud with any other additive/s the client may suggest.
